The post will be to support existing people we support to live in the community across a 10-bed supported living service in Worcester plus a 2-bed service in Gloucester. , The people we support in the majority have a diagnosis of a Learning Disability. The post holder will report directly into the Area Registered Manager for the registered location and will have Senior Support Workers and Team Leaders underneath them to support with the operations of the service. The service is currently using 0 hrs a week of agency which is very positive indeed and has a GOOD rating with the CQC. The Manager would be expected to take part in an on-call rota across the Worcester registration, in approx. 1 in 3/4 basis and they will be paid an on-call premium for this.   As a Cluster Team Manager at Aspirations Care you’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities to live the best life possible. You will be a role model to others through. demonstrating excellent support to those we support, and you will help the Registered Area Manager to coach, support and manage staff teams effectively. You will work 4 days off shift. and work 1 day on shift. You will also be on call (Tier 2) on a rota basis. We provide 24/7 support to some people, so you will need to have flexibility to work shifts on a rota basis, including nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays.     Main Duties & Responsibilities You will also have delegated responsibility for the direct supervision and line management of a team of Support Workers. Our goal is to give those who need our support, the confidence, encouragement, and independence they need, enabling them to work towards a brighter future.   We have a rare opportunity for a capable and inspirational Registered Manager to oversee our Leicester Supported Living Services where you will create a setting where the people we support control their own lives, promoting the values of diversity and individuality.   The Service(s): Due to business growth in the Hinckley, Leicestershire area we are looking to add another experienced Registered Manager to our existing management team covering the Hinckley, Shepshed, Melton Mowbray and surrounding areas.  You must be a driver due to regular visits needed across the registration, the registered office is based in Hinckley and has free parking on site and based in the town close to local shops and amenities.   The registration delivers in the region of 4,400hrs a week of support to over 73 people with a learning disability or autism in supported living settings.  The post is a dual registration splitting the delivery of hours, number of people supported, number of staff and supported living schemes with another existing registered manager. The registration is divided up into 7 clusters, which are operated by 7 cluster team managers. The post holder will report directly into the Regional Operations Director and is also supported by a registered location Operational Administrator. The Manager would be expected to take part in an on-call rota across the central region, in approx. 1 week in 4 basis.   Duties:   - To ensure the smooth running of a portfolio of established supported living schemes, we need a positive role model and central figure in the running of the service.
