About the Role -
Would you like to join a growing company where you’ll be valued and supported every day? Do you want to work within the care industry, where you will make a difference by supporting our frontline staff?

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support our friendly local team across Leicester and Hinckley. This is an office-based role with a wide variety of duties, daily challenges, and regular interaction with both local and regional staff. This isn’t a typical administration role — you will handle confidential information, take minutes for disciplinary meetings, type reports, and maintain the privacy of the people we support.

  • Completing general administrative duties such as typing, photocopying and managing emails

  • Answering telephone calls and general enquiries to the office

  • Taking minutes of meetings, typing and distributing notes

  • Organising meetings for managers

  • Filing and maintaining accurate records

  • Supporting the collation of information for audits alongside the quality team

  • Ensuring confidentiality is respected and upheld in line with GDPR

About You -

  • Highly organised and confident in managing a busy workload

  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work independently as well as part of a wider team

  • Reliable, professional and consistent in your approach

Additional Information -

  • This role requires an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.

What We Can Offer You -

2 x salary life cover (up to individual state pension age)

Access to Aspirations Perks – exclusive discounts in supermarkets and high street retail stores

Smart Health App – health and wellbeing service with 24/7 GP access for you and your family

Optional overtime to increase your income with flexible working

DBS paid for by Aspirations

Refer-a-friend scheme (£500 reward)

Employee Assistance Programme available 24/7 for advice and guidance

Comprehensive induction programme

Ongoing training & development, including opportunities for further qualifications

Support with career progression and professional development

28 days paid annual leave inclusive of bank holidays

Pension Scheme with NEST
