You’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support within our Learning & Development function, helping us deliver high-quality training and professional development opportunities across the organisation.
Maintain and update our Learning Management System (Your Hippo)
Create and manage user accounts, learning pathways, and training content
Generate and analyse reports on course completion, compliance, and engagement
Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with providers to implement improvements
Support the delivery of new starter inductions, ensuring employees are enrolled in the right courses and have access to essential learning materials
Upload and schedule onboarding content and monitor completion rates
Accurately manage workforce data on ASC-WDS and HR systems
Coordinate with HR and operational teams to maintain accurate staff records
Monitor data completeness, compliance, and support annual submissions to Skills for Care
Assist in creating and preparing training materials, presentations, and digital resources
Collaborate with the L&D team on e-learning design and development projects
Book and coordinate face-to-face training sessions
Communicate training details to delegates, including joining instructions and pre-course information
Respond to L&D queries from colleagues and managers
Manage the central Learning & Development inbox, providing first-line support and escalating complex queries where needed
Collate and prepare training statistics and feedback for the Director of People
Ensure all data is accurate, timely, and clearly presented
