We’re seeking a passionate and proactive leader who is:

• ✅ Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or currently working towards it)

• ✅ A driver with access to a vehicle – essential for travel between services

• ✅ Experienced in a supervisory or senior support role

• ✅ Skilled in safeguarding, medication management, and person-centred care

• ✅ Confident in team leadership, communication, and service delivery

• ✅ Committed to empowering individuals and supporting independence

🕊️ A Day in the Life of a Cluster Team Leader

As a Cluster Team Leader, you’ll be hands-on and lead from the front. Your role will include:

• 🌱 Mentoring, supervising, and supporting your team to thrive

• 🧠 Coordinating rotas and daily operations with care and precision
