This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead the launch of two brand-new supported living services across Chester and Frodsham, supporting 14 individuals with complex needs. With both services set to open in November 2025, you’ll play a central role in shaping the staff teams, embedding a positive culture, and designing care that truly makes a difference. 🌈 What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a confident and compassionate leader who is:

  • Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent experience)
  • driver with access to a vehicle (essential for travel between services)
  • Experienced in supporting people with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions
  • Skilled in team management, staff development, and service improvement
  • Passionate about person-centred care and achieving positive outcomes

As Team Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead and develop two new teams of support workers
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across both services
  • Ensure high-quality, safe, and compassionate care delivery
  • Liaise with families, professionals, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and organisational policies
  • Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement
