As Area Registered Manager, you’ll be the CQC-registered lead for one or more services in Birmingham. You’ll ensure high standards of care, drive service development, lead high-performing teams, and be a visible and proactive force for quality and excellence.

✅ Embed a person-centred, values-led culture
✅ Deliver safe, high-quality care across services
✅ Coach, mentor and develop Service/Cluster Managers
✅ Lead audits, compliance, and safeguarding processes
✅ Manage budgets, rotas, and staffing in line with commissioned hours
✅ Build strong partnerships with families and professionals
✅ Identify business development opportunities
✅ Maintain robust documentation, health & safety, and governance
You’re an experienced leader with a clear vision for delivering person-centred support. You’re calm under pressure, confident in your decision-making, and dedicated to improving lives.
You’ll have:
✔️ NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working toward it)
✔️ Strong background in supported living or complex care services
✔️ Solid understanding of CQC requirements and PBS approaches
✔️ A track record of managing people, risk, and quality effectively
✔️ Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills
✔️ A flexible, resilient and values-led approach
🚗 Full UK Driving Licence
