Passionate about leadership and supporting others?

Step into a rewarding management role where you can make a lasting impact, inspire your team, and grow with a forward-thinking organisation.

We’re seeking a Cluster Team Manager to lead and support our services across Nottingham City and Mansfield. These services support young adults with a range of diagnoses including learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Some individuals may also require physical support and medication management.

This is an exciting opportunity as the services you oversee may expand due to planned growth and development in the area.

As Cluster Team Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage a team of Support Workers across multiple supported living settings

  • Ensure high standards of person-centred care and compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Support the Registered Area Manager in coaching and developing staff

  • Work a mix of off-shift management time and at least 1 day per week directly with the people we support

  • Be flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays, as needed

  • Travel regularly between services – a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential

You’ll need to have:

  • Experience supporting adults with complex needs, including autism and learning disabilities

  • Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans

  • Good IT and record-keeping skills

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or be willing to work towards it within 18 months)

  • A proactive, compassionate, and collaborative approach to leadership

What we offer:

  • £500 Welcome Bonus

  • 2x salary life cover (up to individual state pension age)

  • Aspirations Perks – exclusive staff discount scheme for high street and supermarket savings

  • Smart Health App – 24/7 GP access for you and your family

  • Optional overtime with flexible shifts

  • Refer-a-friend bonus – £500

  • 28 days paid annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)

  • CPD-accredited induction and continuous professional development

  • Career development & qualifications (including Care Certificate and apprenticeships)

  • NEST Pension Scheme

  • Employee Assistance Programme – confidential support 24/7 for you and your family

Since 2004, Aspirations Care has supported adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs to lead fulfilling, independent lives. Join a team that truly values your skills and encourages your growth.

We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all backgrounds. Employment is subject to satisfactory references and an Enhanced DBS check.
