🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Support Worker with driving responsibilities, you’ll provide personalised 1:1 support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Your role will include:

• Encouraging engagement through meaningful activities and routines

• Assisting with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and managing health appointments

• Supporting individuals to access the community, hobbies, and social events

• Maintaining up-to-date care plans, safeguarding reports, and risk assessments

• Driving service users safely to appointments, activities, and outings

You’ll be a key part of helping people live fulfilling, independent lives while providing compassionate support every step of the way.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 6+ months’ experience working with adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs

• A calm, confident, and empathetic approach

• Good understanding of person-centred care and positive communication

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Full UK driver’s licence
