As a Cluster Team Manager, you will:
Lead and supervise a team of Support Workers
Deliver person-centred care with dignity and respect
Work closely with the Area Registered Manager to coach and support staff
Ensure smooth service delivery through high standards and strong leadership
Spend at least 1 day per week directly supporting individuals
Work flexibly on a rota basis, including some evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and Autism
Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support Plans
A strong role model with excellent communication and IT skills
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or willingness to achieve within 18 months)
Full UK driving licence – essential
