We’re looking for a Male Intensive Support Worker to join our expert team supporting adults with complex needs, autism, learning disabilities, and behaviours that challenge—in one of our most high-intensity, high-impact settings.
This is a role for those who thrive under pressure, stay calm in crisis, and care deeply about helping others live life on their own terms.
As part of our specialist night team, you'll deliver consistent 1:1 support—ensuring safety, structure, and dignity overnight. You’ll play a crucial role in:
✅ Promoting routine and engagement through meaningful, structured activity
✅ Assisting with personal care, wellbeing, and household tasks
✅ De-escalating behaviours using Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) principles
✅ Ensuring accurate documentation—care plans, safeguarding, and risk assessments
✅ Supporting community inclusion and person-centred independence
You’ll be more than a Support Worker—you’ll be a stabilising force, a trusted guide, and a constant advocate for those who need it most.
We’re seeking someone with:
🔸 6+ months of experience supporting people with complex needs or behaviours that challenge
🔸 A calm, emotionally resilient, and confident presence
🔸 A working knowledge of PBS and person-centred support
🔸 Excellent communication and teamwork skills
🔸 Professionalism, empathy, and safety-first instincts in crisis situations
