We’re on the lookout for passionate, experienced Support Workers to join our Bootle team for waking night shifts. If you’ve got the resilience, energy, and heart to support people with complex needs or behaviours that challenge, this is your moment.

Support people to build life skills and greater independence
Be a calm, consistent presence during the night
Assist with evening routines, personal care, and safety checks
Keep care records up to date and follow support plans
Offer reassurance and support through active listening and presence
Foster genuine connections through empathy and understanding
Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour
Excellent communication skills—both spoken and written
A calm, caring, and patient nature
Ability to work confidently independently and as part of a team
A proactive, flexible, and compassionate approach
