You’ll support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex behavioural needs to:

βœ… Experience in care is a plus – but not essential (we provide full training!)
βœ… A caring, resilient, and proactive personality
βœ… Strong teamwork and communication skills
βœ… A good sense of humour and a genuine love for helping others


πŸ› οΈ Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

  • Assisting with daily routines (dressing, cooking, cleaning)

  • Encouraging hobbies, activities & community involvement

  • Supporting personal growth & independence

  • Administering medication & documenting care plans
