As a Cluster Team Leader, you’ll be more than a manager — you’ll be a motivator, mentor, and frontline advocate for person-centred care. You’ll lead by example, guiding support teams across our Supported Living services to deliver care that changes lives.
You’ll be responsible for:
๐ Inspiring and motivating your team to deliver tailored, empowering support
๐ Coordinating staff rotas, planning daily activities & leading team meetings
๐ง Promoting independence, inclusion, and mental wellbeing
๐ก Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, medication audits, and incident reporting
๐ค Liaising with external professionals during reviews and key meetings
๐ฅ Providing hands-on support and modelling best practices
You’re a driven leader with a strong background in adult care and a heart for people. You don’t just meet expectations — you raise the bar.
To succeed, you’ll need:

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
โ
Experience leading a team in adult social care
โ
A solid understanding of first aid, health & safety, and manual handling
โ
A proactive mindset with a focus on quality and compassion
โ
A full, clean driving licence and access to your own car
