Requirements:

🔑 Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker

Key Responsibilities:

• 🫶 Provide the highest standards of care and support in all aspects of daily life.

• 👥 Lead and inspire the team to ensure services are Well-led, Safe, Caring, Effective, and Responsive.

• 🌍 Support individuals to be active members of their communities, and help them access education, work, and leisure opportunities.

• 📝 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records (both electronic and paper-based).

• 📋 Complete, review, and update person-centred risk assessments.

• 🛡️ Promote health, safety, and well-being while encouraging positive risk-taking.

• 🤝 Deliver Person-Centred Active Support practices.

• 🧩 Promote independence, choice, and dignity in all aspects of care.

Must-Haves:

✔️ Minimum 3 years’ experience in a care or support role
✔️ Strong IT skills (Word, email)
✔️ Experience supervising staff and managing records
✔️ Good understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and person-centred care
✔️ Passion for enabling people to live fulfilling, independent lives
