Job Title: Part-Time Resourcing Assistant
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Salary: £24,000 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday (flexible working available)


Are you an organised administrator looking to build your career in HR or recruitment?
Aspirations is looking for a detail-driven and experienced Resourcing Assistant to support our head of resourcing. This is a remote, part-time role with flexible working hours — perfect for someone with strong admin skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

You’ll play a vital role in supporting our Resourcing Manager with the smooth running of our recruitment and onboarding processes across the North Region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Resourcing Manager

  • Take accurate notes during interviews and meetings

  • Coordinate and manage onboarding paperwork for new hires

  • Draft and post job adverts, manage applicant tracking and schedule interviews

  • Maintain candidate records and systems with accuracy and confidentiality

  • Communicate effectively with internal managers and external candidates

  • Help organise Resourcing Managers diary 

What We're Looking For:

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in administration.

You must have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office-based role (minimum 1 year)

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Confidence using systems and software (e.g. MS Office, databases)

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

  • An interest in recruitment or HR is a bonus
