Job Title: Part-Time Resourcing Assistant
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Salary: £24,000 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday (flexible working available)

Aspirations is looking for a detail-driven and experienced Resourcing Assistant to support our head of resourcing. This is a remote, part-time role with flexible working hours — perfect for someone with strong admin skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
You’ll play a vital role in supporting our Resourcing Manager with the smooth running of our recruitment and onboarding processes across the North Region.
Provide high-quality administrative support to the Resourcing Manager
Take accurate notes during interviews and meetings
Coordinate and manage onboarding paperwork for new hires
Draft and post job adverts, manage applicant tracking and schedule interviews
Maintain candidate records and systems with accuracy and confidentiality
Communicate effectively with internal managers and external candidates
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in administration.
You must have:
Proven experience in an administrative or office-based role (minimum 1 year)
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence using systems and software (e.g. MS Office, databases)
Clear written and verbal communication skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
An interest in recruitment or HR is a bonus
