As a Cluster Team Leader, you will be a mentor, motivator, and hands-on leader. You’ll be responsible for managing a team of dedicated support workers, ensuring they deliver high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leading and motivating support teams to deliver tailored, empowering care
Promoting independence and social inclusion for the individuals we support
Coordinating staff rotas, planning daily activities, and facilitating team meetings
Participating in key reviews and meetings with external professionals
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding procedures, incident reporting, and medication audits
Providing direct support and modelling best practices on the front line
You bring positivity, resilience, and leadership to everything you do. You’ve previously worked in adult care, ideally within learning disabilities, autism, or mental health services, and you’re ready to take the next step (or continue) in a leadership role.
Essential Criteria:
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or currently working towards)
Experience in a supervisory or team leadership position
Strong understanding of health & safety, first aid, and manual handling practices
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to quality care
Full, clean driving licence and access to a personal vehicle
