🕒 Hours: Part-time – 22.5 hours per week (Weekend Work)

About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team in Colchester.

• Assist with personal care, daily household tasks, and maintaining routines 🧼🧺

• Foster independence, dignity and empowerment 💪

• Promote a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment

• Be flexible and adaptable to different situations and needs

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience with LD/Challenging behaviours & Sensory impairment

• Ability to lone work confidently and responsibly

• Driving ability preferred (to support community activities) 🚗
