🕒 Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours – evenings, weekends & sleep-ins included

Your Role Includes:

🛏️ Supporting with evening, weekend & sleep-in shifts
🧼 Helping with personal care & daily routines
🏡 Assisting with household tasks
🎨 Encouraging hobbies and social activities in the community
💬 Being a calm, patient, and understanding presence

What You Need:

✅ Experience with autism, GDD, OCD & behaviours that challenge
✅ Ability to carry out personal care duties
✅ Patience, empathy & a caring nature
