Dual Area Registered Manager – Supported Living
Location: Liverpool, Cheshire & Wirral
Salary: £47,000 per annum + £3,000 car allowance
Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Reports to: Regional Operations Director
Responsible for: Service Managers / Cluster Team Managers

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to oversee our Supported Living services across Liverpool, Cheshire, and Wirral. This dual CQC-registered role is perfect for a confident leader who thrives on driving quality, championing person-centred care, and building strong, effective teams.
You’ll play a key role in shaping service delivery, ensuring compliance, and promoting a culture where people we support – and our teams – truly thrive.
Hold CQC registration for one or more services, ensuring compliance and excellence
Lead, inspire and develop service and cluster managers
Deliver safe, high-quality, personalised care that reflects our values
Build trusted relationships with families, commissioners, and healthcare professionals
Drive continuous improvement through audits, quality assurance and performance management
Manage budgets, resources and occupancy effectively
Identify growth opportunities and support strategic development
Recruit, train and retain top talent across your area
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)
Proven experience managing services for adults with learning disabilities or mental health needs
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices in care
A leader who is proactive, compassionate, and driven by quality
Skilled in safeguarding, PBS, person-centred care and risk management
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
A flexible, resilient approach and a genuine passion for improving lives
A full UK driving licence
Enhanced DBS (paid for by us)
