Waking Nights Support Worker - Intensive Service - Must Have Experience
Aspirations Care are looking to recruit Full Time Support Workers for our brand new service opening in Stoke on Trent. As a support worker you will be passionate about supporting adults with Learning Disabilities/Challenging Behaviour.

- Salary: £12.50 per hour
- Hours: Full Time - Waking Nights

About You:
- Experience in supporting vulnerable adults with challenging behaviour & complex needs
- Passionate about making a difference.
- Ability to adapt to difficult situations.
- A positive and caring nature.
- Energetic and understanding.
- A good sense of humour
Main Duties:
As a Support Worker, you will be working as part of a team providing support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health, and autism.
- Helping with the challenges of everyday life such as dressing, cooking and general household tasks
- Participate in hobbies, supporting with social engagements and enabling our people to live their best life!
- Administer medication as required.
- Complete daily care plans
- Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met and to protect the adult’s rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect.
- Assist the people we support to learn new skills.
- Understand safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Work as part of a team of dedicated, qualified, and capable staff team who put the people we support at the heart of what we do.
